25B30 Advanced Leader Course

Course Scope:

Students for 113-25B30-C45 ALC will complete two (2) Active Duty Training (ADT) phases and one (1) Inactive Duty Training (IDT) phase. Phase 1 (ADT) consists of 112 academic hours of training related to Information Dissemination Management. Phase 2 (IDT) consists of 110.0 academic hours of Information Dissemination Management; Network Management; Information Security; and Command Post of the Future (CPOF). Phase 3 (ADT) consists of 114 academic hours of training related to Leadership Training, CIED, and finally a 40 hour Field Training Exercise (FTX).

    The Student must satisfy any ONE of the following Prerequisite Course Solution Sets:
  • Have Graduated from course: 1-250-C49-2 (DL) Phase: (none) (STRUCTURED SELF-DEVELOPMENT - LEVEL 2).
  • Have Graduated from course: 600-C45 (DL) Phase: (none) (ADV LDR COMMON CORE).
  • Have Graduated from course: 011-WLC/BNCOC (CMF 18) Phase: (none).
  • Have Graduated from course: 011-WLC/ALC (CMF 18) Phase: (none) (SF QUAL (WLC/ALC COMMON CORE)).
  • Have Graduated from course: 600-BNCOC (DL-PILOT) Phase: 1.
  • Have Graduated from course: 600-BNCOC (F) Phase: 1.
  • Have Graduated from course: 600-BNCOC Phase: 1 (BNCOC COMMON CORE).
  • Have Graduated from course: 600-BNCOC (DL) Phase: 1.
  • Have Graduated from course: 600-BNCOC (DL-VTT) Phase: 1.

Text Prerequisites:

    Soldiers qualified in MOS 25B and recommended by their unit commander, attendees must:
  1. Have successfully completed WLC, PLDC or equivalent.
  2. Meet physical fitness and height and weight requirements as outlined in AR 350-1 and TRADOC Reg. 350-18
  3. Complete all three phases to graduate from ALC.
Phases may be completed in any order. ALC CC and SSD 2 will run simultaneously FROM 1 JUN 14 through 30 SEP 14. The NCO must complete the ALC CC or 1-250-C49-2 (DL), Structured Self-Development 2, and the Technical phase in order to be considered a graduate of the 113-25B30-C45 course.
