115th Maintenance Company (CRC)
To Provide sustainment Maintenance (off-system repair and return to the supply system) of automotive, track, wheeled, and ground support equipment (power generation, utility, construction, quartermaster, and chemical equipment) and provide field Maintenance (on-system repair or replacement) of ground support equipment, automotive, track, wheel vehicles, armament turret, and fire control systems for return to the user. Provide backup Maintenance and personnel support during federal and state contingency operations.
128th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment provides direct public affairs support to units deployed in support of federal or state combined, coalition, or joint operations in order to provide timely information flow to the Soldiers and general public through the use of military and civilian media outlets.
144th Area Support Medical Company
144th Medical Company (Area Support) is to deploy as a unit to any Theater of Operations, CONUS/OCONUS, in order to provide echelon I and II combat health support (CHS) to units located in the area of operations of the Area Support Medical Company (ASMC). On order the 144th Medical Company will conduct redeployment operations
To augment local and regional terrorism response capabilities in the event of known or suspected Weapons of Mass Destruction.ASSESS a suspected nuclear, biological, chemical, radiological or explosive device/agent in support of the local Incident Commander.ADVISE civilian responders regarding appropriate response actions and evacuation plans.ASSIST with expeditious arrival of additional state and federal assets to help save lives, prevent human suffering, and mitigate property damage.
On order the UTNG Homeland Response Force will respond and begin initial movement NLT 6 hours after notification to a CBRNE incident, terrorist attack, or other domestic emergency in support of civil authorities by providing casualty search & extraction, medical triage, decontamination, and internal force protection in order to save lives, mitigate human suffering, and prepare for follow-on forces.
The State Medical Detachment will plan, program, provide and sustain health force protection and medical/dental support in order to meet operational, training and mobilization medical readiness requirements of ARNG units and Soldiers. The State Medical Detachment will deploy and perform health services support in order to support federal and state contingency operations.
